THIS OVER 2 MILLION SQUARE FOOT PROJECT INTEGRATES RENTAL HOUSING, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, PUBLIC OPEN SPACE, LIVE WORK UNITS, RETAIL, AND PARKING IN A SIX STORY PODIUM BUILDING FORMAT WITH SUBTERRANEAN PARKING.
